The Latest Release: “REBIRTH”

On June 28, 2025, The Shadow Self released their latest double-single, “REBIRTH,” a powerful evolution of their sound that explores transformation, self-discovery, and transcendence. Described as “like reading The Kybalion while under the influence of psychedelics,” the track blends modern rock elements with Eastern instrumentation, creating a dynamic listening experience that’s both intimate and cinematic.

“REBIRTH” follows the release of their 2024 debut, “APATHY (An Open Noose),” which introduced audiences to The Shadow Self’s cathartic, genre-bending approach to storytelling through sound.

An Artist on the Rise

The Shadow Self has quickly built a reputation for live performances that blur the line between concert and ritual, integrating traditional rock elements with sitar, sarod, and other world instruments. Upcoming headlining shows include:
